Refund Policy (High Stone Media)

High Stone Media provides creative, marketing, and website services through subscription-based and/or retainer-style engagements (the “Services”). Unless otherwise stated in a signed proposal or agreement, all fees are final and non-refundable, and we do not issue refunds for any unused portion of a billing period or subscription term.


Billing Issues & Errors

If you believe a billing error has occurred (for example, duplicate charges or an incorrect amount), please contact us at info@highstonemedia.cc. We will review billing disputes in good faith and, if an error is confirmed, we will correct it. Any refunds outside of confirmed billing errors are considered on a case-by-case basis and granted solely at our discretion.


Pricing Changes

High Stone Media may update pricing, packages, or individual features from time to time. Any changes will apply to your next billing cycle (or renewal), and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.


Termination

If access to Services is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or other valid grounds, you will not be eligible for a refund for any remaining time in the current billing period or subscription term.


Service Changes

We are not responsible to you or any third party for changes to, interruptions of, or discontinuation of any part of the Services or features. Refunds, if any, will only be issued as explicitly described in this policy or your written agreement with us.
